Very nice and kind personnel. Extremely clean and comfortable. Downtown and not far from the historical sites; close to many commercial shops and nice restaurants. Breakfast super, wifi perfectly working. Highly recommendable. Next time we will return to this very nice hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super – nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Taksim-Platz und der Taksim U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Ideal für alle, die Istanbul erkunden möchten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat. Das Hotel selbst wirkt von außen und innen sehr ansprechend und ist schön gestaltet – auch die Fotos im Internet entsprechen der Realität. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt insgesamt okay, aber mit kleinen Einschränkungen.

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. There is a good variety of food for breakfast. It is of walking distance to Taksim square. It was a nice experience.

A funcionária da recepção (única mulher na recepção) sempre simpática e prestativa, assim como o funcionário de apoio dela. O café da manhã gostoso e bem variado, com exceção do suco. Cama e chuveiro ótimos, quarto de tamanho bom.

Achei o hotel muito bom. Café da manhã superou minhas expectativas. Destaco a gentileza de todos os trabalhadores do hotel. A simpatia é delicadeza do chá da tarde foi um ponto a mais. E para quem gosta de se movimentar com facilidade achei a localização do hotel excelente. Recomendo.

Good hotel, very nice staff, good position, good breakfast. Too much hot inside the bedroom. I would appreciate a better cleaning of the bedroom. I would appreciate a better English for the reception employees.
