I had a wonderful stay at Nas City Hotel Taksim! One of the things I appreciated most was how seriously the team takes guest feedback. The manager (I’m sorry I forgot his name) personally followed up on my comments, which truly shows their dedication to guest satisfaction. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. A special mention to the gentleman in the restaurant he’s incredibly welcoming, greeting every guest each morning and paying close attention to every detail. He doesn’t wait for guests to ask for anything ,he takes initiative and ensures everything is just right. Also, Ali was extremely helpful during my stay. Whatever you ask, he’ll go the extra mile to find the right answer or solution. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The value for money, close proximity to Taksim Square and public transport options, the free shuttle, the amenities, the helpful staff, the local restaurants and Carrefour grocery store close by, the breakfast......too many things to name.

Exceptional stay, sparkling clean rooms, amazing spa, sauna, and relaxing swimming pool. The staff in the reception were unbelievably kind, helpful and polite. The shuttle service is free of charge and always available nearly every 5 min. It's possible to use the shuttle unlimited amount of time per day. The location is so close to Taksim square and the grocery stores are about 100 meters away from the hotel. We will definitely come again. It was worth every single euro we paid. Room service and daily cleaning was also amazing.
